Yeah they took it personally by targeting it as the object of their hate,yet when questioned about their brutality justifies it by saying it isnt a living being anyway.Its sheer hypocrisy.Such actions are depicted in many robot related anime like astro boy,yet we wont know if thats how humans would actually behave since we dont have robots yet.

We do already have robots. They get destroyed everyday. They just don't have sensory feelings, emotions or stimuli. There are drones, star wars like machines now, and even human like robots, not to mention AI. Not perfected ofcourse like Knocc, but they exist. Just not affordable to general public means yet.

Thats not true in the slightest. We have service robots now. Where have you been? Just the other day at Lemongrass (an asian restaurant in East NA), I was served by a robot my dinner, then after saying everything it retreated to the kitchen and awaited its next order. Robots are actually taking over restaurants. There's a robot that makes pizza at a food truck (no humans at all, its called Stellar Pizza). The best functioning are located in korea and japan right now, but they exist. They just arent popular in US as yet because its not really a western thing. The top robotics countries are South Singapore, Korea, and Japan. Look it up. US and Belize are the last in top 10 robotic countries. We have flying motorcycles (they invented drone motorcycles, they work but still considered too dangerous for general population), automated cars, AND homes. You can literally turn on your lights, start your shower, turn on your tv, microwave food +more without being home. We have facial recognition, voice recognition, seemless automated voice response, and robot sensory movement has improved by leaps since AI. In the last 5 years, all of these things have improved at scary rates. The only thing we don't have is emotion. We are just living on the wrong side of the world. :(

Also that doesn't make your statement any less false? We have robots. There are only few things this world has shown to have that we don't. Abundance of robots, sci-fi exterior, hovering watercraft, holograms and imitation of a soul.
